I missed the BET Hip Hop Awards last night, but did catch “The Cypher” segments online. Part 1 was cool…Buddens went in. In related news, after Shyne was released from prison the other week, he was immediately detained under federal custody, due to issues regarding his immigration status. It is confirmed that he will be deported to his native country of Belize (where his estranged father is the Prime Minister). Apparently, there are some legal efforts being made for Shyne to receive a pardon and be allowed to continue living in the United States.

Somebody give this man a break. Sorry, big homie, but welcome home anyway…sorta… I’m telling you, it’s that fuckin’ Bad Boy curse. Which reminds me, Mr. Mason Betha bum rushed Diddy on a radio show last week, and straight up made him sign his release papers! Funny shit. “Uh huh, take that, take that…”

Man, our president has some swag, boy!

But don’t get it twisted — I am with his agenda and what he is trying to accomplish. And I was especially refreshed to see him address an issue, in this speech, which has been of deep concern to me over the past several months.

There is a significant group of republicans right wing extremists (a.k.a. closet racists) out there, who have been slandering President Obama with ridiculous labels and name-calling (such as socialist, communist, facist, nazi, hitler, etc.), and OPENLY stating that they’d rather see this country fail than succeed under the Obama administration. And what makes it worse is that these ignorant, simple minded supporters of the far-right are incapable of thinking for themselves and easily influenced by their “leaders”. I mean, it is what it is, but I am seeing far too many news reports about race-related hate crimes these days. These die-hard, gun-totin’ hillbillies are serious about their shit and it becomes a safety issue.
