So as we enter the new year, President Obama will be sending 30,000 additional U.S. troops to Afghanistan to increase our efforts in dismantling Al Qaeda and the Taliban, as well as rebuilding the war torn region, so that we can pull our troops out in the near future. Despite my political views and biased opinion (since my younger brother is a U.S. Marine Officer who will be deploying soon), I am in full support of this agenda because I fully understand that certain actions must be taken in order to attain our goals. But don’t take it from me…listen to the speech.
